למפעל מוביל בדרום דרוש/ה מנהל/ת אבטחת איכות ורגולציה ניהול מערכת האיכות של המפעל כולל נהלי ISO 9000 ו – ISO 14000 מעקב ובקרה על מהלך שוטף ותקין של נושאי האיכות במפעל תוך עמידה ביעדים שיפור מתמיד בכל הנושאים הקשורים לאיכות הסביבה ובטיחות עדכון ובניית נתונים רגולטוריים למוצרים חדשים במערכת ERPהכנת מבדקי איכות פנימיים וחיצונייםעדכון ותחזקה של נהלי האיכות טיפול בתלונות לקוח ביצוע הדרכות לעובדים

דרישות התפקיד:

5 שנות ניסיון בתעשייה- חובהניסיון בנוהל מבדקים של מכונים- חובה אנגלית ברמה גבוה- חובה בעלי תואר בהנדסה תעשייה וניהול או כימיה- יתרון יכולת שליטה במעבדי תמלילים

- Responsibility for all quality system activities, including internal auditing, quality awareness training, supplier/contract manufacturing organization auditing, document control, CAPA's, Vigilance activities, MRB, and quality improvement meetings.- Supporting R&D initiatives focused on the chemical aspects integral to product development- Continuous enhancement of Quality Assurance policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with the regulatory standards .- Managing the QA team.

- Bachelor's degree (BSc) or higher in life sciences, biology, chemistry, biotechnology, or related fields - required.- Must possess extensive knowledge of quality requirements.- Experience and understanding of regulatory requirements in the Medical Device field.- At least 5 years of management experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.- Fluent in English.

• Manage the quality department at Netanya and Beit Shean and lead all quality activities at the different product life cycle stages• Oversee and lead the company's quality system, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.• Work closely with regulatory bodies, preparing for external audits, and ensuring ongoing compliance with regulations.• Define, develop, and maintain processes, methods, procedures, and tools that support the quality system.• Implement and monitor quality planning and control throughout all stages of the product life cycle. Collect, analyze, and report quality data at all stages of the product life cycle.• Provide training in relevant areas to ensure a high level of competency and awareness of quality standards.• Manage customer relations on relevant quality issues, including document preparation, handling customer complaints, and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.• Oversee subcontractor and procurement control, including qualification, inspections, failure investigations, maintenance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Lead and concentrate activities necessary for the preparation and conduct of effective management surveys to meet quality objectives, while continuously improving and increasing efficiency.

• Academic education in relevant fields. Bachelor degree is a MUST, Master degree is an advantage• years of experience in a similar senior role in a manufacturing and global company 7• Proven previous experience in areas defined under responsibilities, particularly in the development and production processes of military electronic products• Understanding and background in comprehensive manufacturing processes, including mechanical production, card placement, final assemblies, and testing• Systematic vision, continuous improvement thinking, and productivity enhancement using computer tools• Experience in quality data measurement and analysis• High verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew• High functioning ability in high-pressure situations, excellent interpersonal communication
